Orders placed before 2pm are processed for despatch on the same day if in stock (you will be notified of stock shortages). If we receive an order after this time, it is normally despatched with the following day's orders. No orders are dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
All orders being delivered to UK Mainland residents are Free of Charge.
How are orders despatched?
The method by which your order will be despatched will be defined by the total order value and the size and weight of the items ordered.

Orders between £0 & £50 are despatched via Royal Mail Second Class Delivery. The Delivery is normally received 2-5 days after despatch. Please note this is not a guaranteed next day service, on rare occasions delivery can take 10 working days.
Orders over £50 or large/heavy items are sent by a special courier service called City Link or with Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery is made from Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm and a signature is required to receive the goods. A Saturday delivery is available upon request and an additional charge will be applied depending on the item ordered.
With City Link and Royal Mail Recorded deliveries, if no one is available to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for collection from a local depot. Customers must collect the item from the depot within 3-4 days or it will be returned to Salveo Ltd upon which a charge is incurred for re-sending the item. If the customer cancels the order, the charge of the item being collected and returned will be debited from the total amount originally paid for the goods. Please ensure that when you place an order someone is available to sign for the goods to avoid such problems.
Specific delivery days can be arranged by calling customer services on 020 8960 9702. This must be done before 2pm on the day the order is to be despatched or a message can be written on the order form.
Only Delivery to UK Mainland Customers is Free of charge.

Orders going to Ireland may incur a £20 shipping charge, this is a default charge set up in the system and may not apply to all products ordered, please call or email us to verify the charges to avoid any delays or payment problems with orders placed.
All prices are quoted in Pound Sterling and include VAT. Payment can be made by credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Switch, Visa Electron or JCB.
