Welcome to Salveo Ltd! We have created a website that ensures that you enjoy a secure and hassle free shopping experience. When purchasing on-line with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully.
Salveo Ltd undertakes to meet all of our obligations under the consumer laws currently in force. For more details, please visit the Department of Trade and Industry at www.dti.gov.uk or the Office of Fair Trading at www.oft.gov.uk All Terms and Conditions as detailed here shall be construed and operate in conformity with English and Welsh law.
Once you place an order to purchase a product from www.salveo.co.uk, we will send you a “Confirmation e-mail” confirming the receipt of your order and the order details. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product from us. Your order may be rejected if we are unable to obtain authorisation from your card issuer for your payment. Your offer is only accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation in the form of the “Completion e-mail” to you confirming that we have dispatched the products ordered to you. No contract/agreement with Salveo Ltd will exist until the “Completion e-mail” has been received by you and your order has been dispatched. Should the item that you have ordered be out of stock or have become unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the situation. We will also refund any monies deducted from your credit card. Should some of the items that you have ordered be out of stock or have become unavailable while part of your order is in stock or available, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the situation. We will also refund any monies deducted from your credit card for the items that are out of stock or have become unavailable. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in the “Completion e-mail” and dispatched do not form part of that contract.
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse to meet or to cancel any orders placed for that product or service whether or not the order has been accepted and your debit or credit card charged. If your debit or credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your debit or credit card account in the amount of the charge and Salveo Ltd's liability to you will thereafter come to an end. No contract shall exist between yourself and Salveo Ltd until the “Completion e-mail” is received notifying you that your goods have been dispatched. Salveo Ltd shall then e-mail you to ask whether you are willing to pay the correct price for the goods or services ordered.
Payment for goods
When you have added a product to the online shopping basket and proceed to checkout you will be asked to fill out a form with your personal details.
The Billing Address must be the same as the Cardholder’s Details. If the Billing Address does not match the address on the card being used for payment your order cannot be processed and there will be a delay with despatching your order or it will be cancelled. You will be contacted to verify such details, please ensure you provide a daytime telephone number and e-mail address.
When entering a different delivery address please check that you have entered the address and post code correctly to avoid any problems with sending out your order.
Salveo Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion or any order that appears to be fraudulent.

Our products (accept consumables) are guaranteed for a period of 12 months. Most products include instruction manuals which provide detailed information on the product’s warranties. In some cases the supplier may require that you complete and send off warranty registration documentation. These guarantees and warranties do not affect your statutory rights. If you have any queries regarding the product’s guarantee or warranty, please email email@example.com prior to purchase.
Please note: Wear and tear, misuse, damage during use or any damage which cannot be attributable to manufacturing defect is specifically excluded from the above Guarantees and Warranties.
Refunds will be made for orders cancelled within 7 days of ordering or for items returned within 7 days of delivery. All goods returned for refund, must be returned in the original undamaged packaging, unopened and in a perfect resaleable condition to Salveo Ltd by insured post at the sender’s expense. Please note: we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Items which are not faulty and are returned after 7 days may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% to cover the costs associated with sending out the item and the administrative time.
Full refunds will be made if the product ordered is delivered damaged or is faulty or if the product that is delivered differs from the one that was ordered. If the item was faulty, Salveo Ltd will refund all postage costs.
Claims for items that are received damaged must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product. After this period, and in all circumstances after 14 days, repair and not replacement will be offered. All repairs will be carried out by Salveo Ltd or their contractors.
No opened software or DVD’s will be accepted for refund. Faulty discs will be exchanged by the manufacturer.
Goods are not sold on a trial basis, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, however caused, including incidental returns cost.
All cancellations must be made in writing, either by email, fax or letter within 24 hours of ordering. If a cancellation is not received within 24 hours of ordering, the product may be returned unopened and in it’s original packaging within 7 days for a full refund. Please refer to our refund conditions for more detailed information on our refund policy and the restocking fee.
Please follow the following procedure for sending back any item:
- On the reverse side of your receipt you will find a Returns Authorisation Form.
- Contact our customer services and inform them that you wish to return the item delivered. They will issue you with a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) to assist us to identify your return when it comes in.
- Complete the form on the back of your receipt make sure you put in RAN Number, the order number (RCxxxxxxxx), your reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
- Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in its / their original packaging) within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to receive a full refund.
- We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel. Goods are returned at your own cost unless the goods are faulty or the wrong goods have been supplied.
- We will write to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 3 weeks during busy times. If you need a replacement urgently then please contact our Customer Service Team.
- When the returned item is received in a satisfactory condition you will where appropriate be credited for the returned goods at the price that you originally paid less up to 15% restocking fee; or a replacement item will be sent out to you; or the item will be repaired and sent back to you.
NB Faulty/ damaged goods cannot be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the quality of the product or the service that you have received, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with “Complaint” in the subject line and your complaint details. We will resolve the issue in accordance with our complaint’s procedure. For full details of our complaint's procedure, please email email@example.com. In the event of a dispute arising, the matter will be settled by an independent arbitrator appointed by Salveo Ltd.
Your security is important to us. Our website uses an encrypted and secure server for all its payment operations, which ensure that your personal information and transactions cannot be tampered with. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers will either cover all the charges that result from the fraudulent use of your card or they might limit your liability to £50. We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check suitability and specifications with the manufacturer before ordering.
Due to the power, strength and speed of these products no person under 14 should be allowed to use them. The purchaser is responsible for making sure that all products are used in a sensible safe manner and in such a way that they do not put themselves or third parties at risk. Only use these products in properly controlled areas where children or animals will not be present.
All goods remain the property of Salveo Ltd until they have been paid for in full.
Prices and manufacturers specifications are subject to change without notice. Minor specification changes will not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract.
If part of these terms is found to be unlawful, it will not affect the validity of the remainder.
