Posture is the way we hold our body. The spine has three natural curves which help with stability and flexibility. These are your neck, mid back and lower back. When we have a correct posture these areas of the back are inline.
When at work we tend to think about having a good posture, especially if we are involved in moving and handling of people or loads but forget about our good posture when we are away from work relaxing.
Poor posture, such as slumping, slouching, text neck and rounded shoulders can have a negative effect on our health. These negative effects are not always visible, such as headaches, foot pain, lower back pain, tiredness and constipation.
Why not contact us here at Salveo Safety where we can offer you Back Awareness Courses that will suit your budget and posture!
