The Dicon Smoke Alarm with an Alarm Silencer is a 9 volt battery operated device ideal for areas that are subject to ‘non-emergency’ alarms. Pushing the Alarm Silencer Button decreases the sensitivity of the alarm for 10 minutes thereby decreasing the number of ‘non-emergency’ alarms. A paused alarm flashes a red LED every 10 seconds. Packed in multi-lingual, self-selling clam shells.
